- No refund for utilized stay or services.

- sudden changes in train schedules/ weather etc. Should be carried by clients as they are beyond our control.
- Please note that liquor will not be served in public on full mood poya days .
Cancellation Policy
- Within 14 days – 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- within 15-21 days – 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- within 22-28 days – 25% of the total amount will be charged.
- Prior to 29 days – No cancellation.
(Pls note the days referred to above will be calculated considering arrival date as day 0)
- We would like to state that the above tour is strictly based on the itinerary. We are not supposed to grant guests any other services outside the itinerary. Please note that any additional (impromptu) requests out of the agreed itinerary would be entertained only if possible at a surcharge.
- The above itinerary will be subject to change depending on the timing of arrival and departure of the flight that is selected, and it may also cause a different in the final price. Once the flight schedule is confirmed, you will be advised accordingly.
- Our standard policy states that any bank charges incurred outside of Sri Lanka will be the responsibility of the person sending the payment. Please be aware that this reservation confirmation is subject to availability, which will be confirmed once you give your consent. Availability may change without prior notice
